Can someone with some interior decorating sense help pick out my curtain color?
I am looking to buy curtains for my living room. Most of my furniture is of a light color - beige or light wood. Our floors are also light wood. We have no rug. Our walls are light yellow. And we have a moderate sized light wood-framed poster that is mainly of a blue-ish color. I would like to create a warmer, more homey feeling to the room. What are you suggestions for the color? I'm thinking maybe a dark green or a dark red?? Help from those interior designers out there??

Take a pic of your room and go to HGTV.com ( message boards or forum) and ask the same question and upload the pic-- There are a slew of people on that forum that will help you figure it out
